'The property, gardens and location were beautiful however the listing is misleading as it suggests that the rental is for the whole property (" extended family living on two floors", "private gardens"). There is actually someone staying downstairs and this rental is just the top floor. That was not a problem in itself, just a surprise. If there was a BBQ (which the listing says it has) we could not find it, and the email asking this question of Juliet (property manager) prior to our arrival was...

'Overall facilities are good. The pools were not functioning when we were here. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. There was no gift shop or place to buy water, bug spray etc. The restaurant was very good. And there are other restaurants close by. '
