The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and also opens onto the terrace. Lovely apartment blighted by building work

We booked this apartment because it looked amazing, had a balcony for eating on and a terrace with a sofa and chairs for relaxing on. It also said it the details that it was 'quiet'. It most certainly was not. There was building work in progress a mere 20ft from our apartment. It started at 7am and continued until 3pm. They worked every day except the Thu of our first week and the weekend. It was noisy with cement mixers and banging and shouting from 7am, it woke us up and rendered both terraces unusable (the lower balcony because we are in full view of the builders and the upper terrace because of the noise). We could eveb hear/see them from the pool area. We spoke to Noelia, the local Interhome agent and she spoke to the builders, who stated they would work quietly until 8.30am. They didn't. We have photos and videos from every day. We would NEVER have booked this apartment had we known this was happening. 2 alternatives were offered but both were unsuitable, neither were in Nerja, one didn;t have a pool and one was too remote. We contacted EasyReserve and sent videos whilst we were in situ. They are trying to get a response from Head Office Interhome in Spain. We EXPECT compensation/a large reduction in the fees we paid. Our holiday was RUINED.
