Living Area

The open plan living/dining room boasts large patio doors front and back providing an abundance of light, creating a bright, airy living space with ceiling fans to keep the space cool. There is a flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package including catch-up TV, Video Club, and kids channels for evening entertainment. There's a large "L" corner sofa for seating and a dining table for 6 people.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area

The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and includes a 4-step deep ladder for easy exit and entry. The pool can also be heated during the winter months. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols to take in the beautiful landscape.

Next to the swimming pool is a comfy outdoor wicker sofa set including two chairs. There's also a large shaded dining area with seating for 6.

The top terrace overlooks the breathtaking view and also features an additional outdoor sofa set with two chairs.
