Presque tout à pied sauf la fabuleuse forteresse Wartburg: 15 mn en bus, attrait principal mais pas unique: maisons de Luther, de Bach et remarquable musée automobile. »

« It is situated in tranquil village around the old monastery. Check in, Restaurant and Bar are in main Hotel Kloster Haydau in approx. 100m distance from The Old Post Station. Private parking in Poststation private yards normally possible. Very friendly staff. This was my second night spent here, first was Year ago. Price performance ratio is splendid, and only some 30kms away from Autobahns, You can have nice and peaceful stay in rural area. I'll definitely reserve a room again. »

« Séjour étape agréable. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h après de longs bouchons et étions contents que l'accueil soit encore ouvert. En plus nous n'avions pas mangé et le personnel nous a préparé une flammenkueche + bières à 23H00 en Allemagne c'est rare de pouvoir dîner.Chambre calme de bon confort au vue du prix. Je recommande pour affaire ou tourisme. »

« Magical stay in a beautiful castle! I ate the best meal I have ever had in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty! My husband said he had the best eggs! It was just a lovey stay, but book a taxi ahead of time as it’s difficult to reach them if you arrive in the evening. Go into Eschwege as it is a picturesque town with a very helpful tourist center. »

« Hôtel en bout de village au calme (le coin est de toute façon calme) Accueil familial sympathique Chambre confortable spacieuse. Seul gros bémol : les oreilles auraient besoin d être changés (2 oreillers l un sur l autre ont moins d épaisseur en 5mn que mon oreiller personnel) Restaurant attenant à l hôtel avec cuisine traditionnelle allemande. Bon rapport qualité prix et service aimable. »
