The upper floor opens into a bright and spacious living and dining area featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, with direct access to the garden and terrace. A small lounge and a separate lounge with an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV are also located on this level, the latter offering its own exit to the terrace. This floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 150 cm by 200 cm, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
