'Staff helped me by printing out the Ohio University parking pass I needed for the next morning since I forgot it at home (4 hours away) I was so grateful. The room was clean and prepped. I had issues with the TV and figuring out how to get it connected to the streaming services, but I never asked for help - I'm sure staff would have helped. For the price, this was the best place I could have chosen to stay for the night.'
