Nelson Eco Home - Award-Winning Solar House

The home features two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, two beautifully appointed bathrooms, and a cozy ‘snug’ room with a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy five separate deck areas, perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or simply soaking in the stunning vistas.

⭐️ Location

• It is a 5-minute drive to the Centre of Nelson. In 6 minutes walking, you are at the best view point and sunset location in Nelson. In 5~20 minutes walking, you can be either on Tahunanui Beach (via Day's Track) or in Nelson City (via Wolfe Reserve)



⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No parties, No venue use, No smoking inside, No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.



• This home is not suitable for young children under the age of 6. Please enquire before booking.



• Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use. This allows you access to a superbly equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use.



• The sofa bed is located in part of the lounge area and can be made up by early request (please request this at time of booking).



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.

• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
