• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.

• Stairs & Access - Property access requires navigating two well-lit flights of stairs (39 steps) to reach the entrance.

• Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. The house is elevated & has been well insulated for your comfort.

• Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
