The Location - Ronem Cottage is ideally located 200 metres along a walkway to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's and a playground, and just one kilometre to Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and the marina.

The House - This older style cottage is an affordable option in a great location. There are water views from the balcony, a living area with ceiling fans, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, upright stove and fridge. Three bedrooms (double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed), on bathroom with a shower and bath and an external laundry with a washer, dryer and an extra toilet. Secure parking in a single lock up garage, plus driveway parking for another car or boat.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
