'I tried to follow their specific instructions for check-in but once I got there, there were still a bad process. I had to text my confirmation again to some whatsapp number. Once I finally got that resolved then they texted me a link requiring a "Security" deposit to a different website, which did not work for me.
Once I got to the apartment, there were dead and living cockroaches all over. Don't turn out the lights! 5 minutes of lights off and back on and you will get roaches. I had to sleep...

'Great new, spacious and clean space. Good location. Lobby staff start from 10 AM (!) so checking out before this time was difficult. Staff speak barely English'

'Apartment was good and conveniently located near Suria KLCC. However apartment was not available first night due to maintainence issue. Had to move into another apartment complex 2 blocks away. Wish I had been advised prior to arrival. Very inconvenient.'
