'This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. Second it offers many onsite facilities like Gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, bonfire everyday on terrace with musical disco lights, the view of sunset as well as sunrise is awesome from the terrace. Its at a height so it offers a valley view from one side of its rooms and its worth the money. Parking is available on site. The space is a little small but at the same time...

'Hotel rooms/lodges are spread in a big garden. It is good quality but to expensive. Problem is you don't have much choice if you want quality in Thekkady. Food is good. Staff in reastaurant a bit unfriendly. (cooks are good and friendly) You have a nice swimmingpool and a bar with big Pool table. Most amazing thing was in January just after sunrise thousand of FOX bats (1 meter big) are flying low over the trees. Sit at swiming pool have a beer and watch the sky. Guide we had to go Periyar parc...

'Our stay at Greenwoods was an absolute pleasure! From the beautiful property grounds, to the spacious rooms, to the great food, and most importantly the amazing staff, we loved every bit of it! 'A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. '
