Welcome to Eddie Bauer's former Beach Cottage! This gem is situated on just over one acre with approx. 300’ of beach waterfront. This oasis is surrounded by nature. With the Strait of Juan De Fuca to the North and Bullman Creek to the East. If you’re looking to unplug, breath in fresh air, and listen to the ebb and flow of the waves with your loved ones, look no further.

More about the inside space: The cabin itself is like a snapshot in time, it is retro in its look and pure family in its feel. It has a nice open floor plan comfortably holding 4 guests. There are two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, dining room, washer & dryer. We provide all basic necessities to make you feel at home including but not limited to; linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, oil for cooking, salt & pepper, tea, coffee, creamer. Phone, WiFi, and direct tv available as well.

* The home was once owned by Eddie Bauer, our local Sporting wear/gear legend. If you’re looking for a bit of the history, we provide articles and books saved about him and the area. *

*The "Flop House" can be rented for an additional $75/night w/ an additional $25 cleaning fee. *

This neighborhood is quaint and offers endless opportunity to soak up the beautiful surroundings. Just 10 minutes from Neah Bay and about 25 minutes to Sekiu/Clallam bay.

This home is very remote. You must have transportation.

The "Flop House" an be rented for an additional $75/night w/ an additional $25 cleaning fee.

*There will be a Security deposit for $500 held against your card 48 hours before arrival. If no damage is reported by staff, this will be released 24 hours after checkout*
• Only use the fireplace if you have adequate experience and know how to keep the fires under control and operate them safely. Use them at your own risk. Please do not introduce unapproved items in the fireplace– just the provided Presto Logs.
• Local fire-ban ordinances must be observed with regards to the outside fires. Care must be taken to keep fires under control and to a reasonable size.
• This house uses a septic system; ONLY toilet paper can be flushed, and please take care to minimize food going down the drain in the sink.
• We have a generous stock of spices and some condiments for your use. Please check freshness dates, be aware of your own allergies and sensitivities, and consume with discretion. We do not take responsibility for the food and drinks you consume.
• All items in the home and on the property belong to us, please take care of our possessions, and leave them for the next guests to enjoy.
• Because we keep our home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in bathtub. You know, the basic stuff... Also, please place kitchen and bathroom garbage in the outdoor bins provided when full.
• We're keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house – especially on the “living room” rug.
• Accidents happen. When they do, please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum.
• Please help Mother Earth. Turn lights and accessories off when not in use.
Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to this home or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.
• No smoking is allowed on the property.
No glass or utensils should travel down to the beach. For your safety, orange plastic glasses are provided for beach use.
Beach treasures are always fun to find but please do not rinse them off in any of the sinks on the property. Please use the outdoor hose to do so.
This house does not have drinking water. Please only use running water for bathing, brushing teeth, washing dishes and clothes. We have filtered water for guest use.
Guest(s) shall fully hold harmless Eddie Bauer's and its associates from any and all claims, lawsuits, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief personal injury and/or wrongful death.
