'The apartment is exactly as the pictures, we had a little bit of confusion when we arrived as we had not received any communication from VRBO so maybe there must be some glitch in the system. The apartment is fully equipped, very new, very modern and extremely clean. It is one block away from the beach and there is a parking lot half a block away with spaces for all of the apartments from Batata to park.Amazing place.'

'Pedro was great with communication, the space was exactly as pictured and met our needs for a one night stay. It was good we had a car as it’s a residential neighborhood (very quiet) and there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area. There is no source of heat but when we asked about that we were provided with an electric heater in short order (late October stay and it was a rainy colder day). My only complaint would be the bed was too hard for us so I didn’t get a good sleep. '

'Beautiful apartment right on the boardwalk, but quiet! Very clean, and user friendly. They had everything you’d need to actually cook if you choose to. Many restaurants and cuisines right on the strip. We didn’t have an issue with parking right outside on the street. Paid parking from 8am to 8 pm, takes any euro coins. Check-in requires you to go to another apt building 10 min walking with a code, relatively easy and they were very quick to answer any questions. We were very pleased! Would...

'It was easy to pick up the keys, parking in a clean and almost empty garage. Building is new, the apartment is very nicely decorated, and has everything you could need in a kitchen to make breakfast. We appreciated the high quality bathroom towels also. On the downside, it could use a dryer, although a drying rack is provided to hang clothes in the small balcony. There’s no view, and at the moment, construction all around. 'The appartment is great, with enough space for our group (8 adults). It is a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and all the action. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it. '
