WONDERFUL VILLA WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS AND PRIVATE POOL, 150m FROM THE BEACH

This wonderful villa is situated 150m from the beach on the hillside of Orkos, one of the most exclusive area's of Naxos. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and offers magnificent views of the sandy west coast of Naxos and other Cycladic islands.

You enter the property via the car park with parking for 2 cars. Steps lead up to a terrace with a private swimming pool and superb views over the Aegean sea. On the next level there is a great hexagonal pergola with comfortable seating, a large terrace with an outside dining area, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Here you enter the villa via the open plan living/kitchen/dining area. Fully fitted kitchen, comfortable seating for 5 people, air con, mosquito nets, Satelite TV, WIFI, shower room, double bedroom with a queen sized double bed, air conditioning, fitted cupboards, mosquito nets, double doors leading out on to a terrace with fabulous views. Stairs lead up from the living room to the upstairs bedroom and shower room. The bedroom has bunk beds and a small single bed, suitable for a child, air con, fitted cupboards, mosquito nets, bathroom and double doors that lead out onto another terrace with spectacular views, lovely gardens and an outside shower room. Tilt and turn doors and windows, air conditioning and mosquito nets throughout the villa.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.

7 Nights in Naxos

Our stay at this beautiful home in Naxos exceeded all expectations. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and truly felt like home. Every morning started with coffee under the pergola, taking in the stunning sea views, and we spent countless hours enjoying family meals on the terrace and relaxing in the pool overlooking the Aegean.The location was perfect. It was just a short walk down the drive to a gorgeous and secluded beach, or about a 10 minute walk to Mikri Vigla, where you can enjoy watching the kite surfers. It is an easy drive to Naxos Town, but far enough to feel secluded. The sunsets from the terraces were unforgettable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it hard to leave. This home was even more incredible in person and gave us the perfect setting to make lifelong memories.

Incredible Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. You are just far enough for peace and quiet, but close enough to calm beaches and Naxos town. The on site laundry was such a convenience with three kids. Beach toys in the laundry room were also such a nice touch. We added a few that we acquired during our stay. Coffee in the mornings was such a treat under the large, comfortable shade structure. Communication with David was so easy through WhatsApp, and he was such a kind and generous host giving us sight and restaurant suggestions.This house is beautifully furnished and appointed while still maintaining a more traditional aesthetic. So many gorgeous places to sit and enjoy the view! You will not be disappointed if you book here!

Lovely stay in Naxos

We could not have been happier staying at this wonderful villa. David was a great host, with clear and easy communication. The villa itself was as advertised, very clean, with an amazing pool and even more amazing views. Ideally located for those not wanting to stay in town. David gave us several restaurant recommendations- every one when went to we had an outstanding meal. Naxos was our favorite place of our trip- would highly recommend this villa!

BorganVilla is amazing!

Heaven in Naxos

Too good to be true. Everything was exactly if not better than the pictures. Once we settled in we didn’t even feel the need to go out at night just enjoyed the magnificent pool, terrace, and sunsets. Being greeted by warm and friendly David upon our arrival was so welcoming. What a find!!!

Amazing views from great house with super helpful host

The house was exactly as advertised, cannot say enough about the amazing views from the multiple outdoor areas. Pool was great, and David, the host, was super helpful from before we arrived (he had great recommendations for car rental agencies) to check out. He knew before I did that our ferry was going to be delayed! Everything you need is close by. Great restaurants and beaches but you won’t want to leave the house because the pool is so lovely and the shaded gazebo was so nice for morning coffee and reading. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms are small, but I ended up using the outdoor shower every day and it was great. AC works great and beds were comfortable. Lots of drying rack space for laundry. My family of four didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic stay at stunning Borgen Villa!

Cute House

David was a pleasure to work with. The homeowners have put together a nice package to explain everything as well as give tips on how to make the most of your stay. The views from the front door are unmatched, beautiful! The house itself is very cute. But it is dated. The bathrooms are small, especially the showers. The bathroom on the ground floor does not have a window so odor accumulates quickly and the lighting is not very good for putting on make-up. Luckily there is a nice size mirror in the bedroom to make up for it. The pool is nice however only cleaned twice a week which is not sufficient given the amount of debris from surrounding foliage and the dirt kicked up from the road. Beware that although the listing says washer/dryer, there is no dryer. However the owner does have drying racks in the back of the house to hang wet clothes on.

Wonderful holiday home!

This is such an amazing property. Bright, open, clean, with beautiful outdoor spaces and views of the Aegean. Well-situated, with possibly the best beach on the island just down the hill, close enough to Naxos Town to eat/shop but far enough to feel secluded. Fantastic stay in a wonderful villa

We recently stayed in Borgen villa for 5 nights. The accommodation was fantastic. The highlight has to be the beautiful views and sunsets across the sea to Paros. We made sure that we made it back for sunset every evening. The property also has lots of different terraces in which to enjoy the views. David, the property manager, kept in communication before and during and our stay and was really helpful in offering advice about the island and the approach to the property.

Dream Naxos vacation

Our stay at Borgen Villa far exceeded all of our expectations. Beginning with the proactive communication with the property manager prior to our arrival, we knew we were in good hands. The home itself was perfectly suited to our needs. Our family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teens comfortably stayed for 8 nights without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. The beautiful outdoor spaces set this home apart, with multiple beautiful seating options with views that can’t be beat. We absolutely loved the location of this home. It was a quick drive into town when we were in the mood, but far enough away to feel fully relaxed and out of the tourist scene. The local beach at the end of the driveway was one of our family favorites, and we often started our day with an early morning snorkel/swim. There was also an excellent bakery just down the road that we visited every morning, and multiple small markets to choose from. We wholeheartedly recommend this home and hope to be able to return in there near future!

Beautiful Naxos

Our stay on Naxos at BorgenVilla was phenomenal. The house was perfect for our two kids and us with an unbeatable view of the ocean and gorgeous sunset. The beach down the road was excellent, as were every other beach we hit along this part of the island. All around, a wonderful stay!

Perfect house, location, view

We loved our stay at Borgen Villa and were so sad to leave! We found the home completely charming and it had everything we needed to enable us to enjoy every minute of our stay. The interior is very comfortable and pleasant but what with all the outdoor seating options with gorgeous views we didn't spend much time inside! The location is great with a charming beach just down the hill and plenty of other beach options very close by. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes are not far off. Naxos is enchanting and while there were other tourists on the island, it felt like we practically had it to ourselves. We would absolutely do it all again. David was very helpful and we appreciated him meeting us at midnight on our arrival to guide us to the house!

Fabulous villa in fantastic location with stunning views

We spent a fantastic 10 days at this beautiful villa overlooking the bay. The villa had everything we needed, stunning views from every terrace, a good mixture of shady and sunny areas, a refreshing swimming pool, good wifi, plenty of kitchen utensils etc and did I mention the views? Really stunning views!! Location is great - a cute little beach just at the foot of the road for a quick morning dip, Plaka beach a short walk away, Orkos beach and Mikri Vigla beaches a short walk in the other direction, a bakery and 2 small supermarkets within walking distance too. David provided us with some great information on our arrival, especially about a driving route to the north of the island and visiting Apollonas and Chalki as well as pointing us in the direction of some secluded coves that we had to ourselves to the south of the island. All in all, a very memorable family holiday!

Great vacations in Naxos

Overlooking the sea up a small hill, the Borgen villa is just amazing. An incredible location in Orchos next to Mitri vigla and the kite spot. Airport and ferry at 15/20 min. Beautiful greek house with terraces everywhere and a small pool. The view is incredible to Paros and the Plaka beach which is just 200 metres away. Our son even swam with a big turtle in Plaka. Great welcome by David and Giacomo who took a great care in giving us the best advices for places to see, restaurants.... and very friendly too. The house has 2 bedrooms available as one is kept locked for owners. Well equipped. Nothing missing except a bit of water pressure in the evening. A little paradise where you will not want to miss a single sunset.

Pure joy in Mikri Vigla

Wow, wow, wow. First the views. Second the great outdoor amenities. Third the location. We had a spectacular time at Borgen Villa. David was a joy to work with and helpful in every way. The location is outstanding. Short drives to bakery, grocery, beaches and great restaurants. Walkable to a delightful private beach area. The house has everything you need. What a great adventure.

The Best Decision Ever!

We stayed on property for 5 nights. We LOVED it! We have two teenagers who shared the upstairs room and we stayed downstairs. It was everything we were looking for and more. The best part was the pool and the AMAZING sunset. We made sure we were home by 8:15 every single night to watch the sunset from our balcony. On other islands we stayed in resorts but we decided we wanted to be away from the crowds on Naxos and have a nice quiet spot to our selves. We could not have picked a better spot! Just down the road is a fantastic cove and almost private beach area. The house was extremely clean and very well maintained. I was a bit nervous since there were only 4 reviews on this house, but it met our expectations and more. David Brown was a GREAT host as well.... so laid back and he and Giacamo welcomed us in and showed us around. We had big lunches out during the day so we were happy to be able to come home at night and eat a light dinner at the house. While Athens was fascinating and Santorini was spectacular, we most enjoyed our 5 nights in Naxos and this house was a big part of the reason! Thank you to the Owners for opening up your house and sharing it with us!

Lovely place

The house is exactly as advertised, and the view really is that spectacular. The two bedrooms were perfect for our group of three and there are several beautiful outdoor areas for relaxing at the house. It’s close to the windsports beach so lots to watch from the villa, and easy to find lessons or equipment if one is so inclined. You can walk 5 minutes down to a sandy beach or drive 5 minutes to an area with chaises and restaurants. It’s about a10 minute drive to Naxos town, so you will want to rent a car to get around: if you’ve never done it, try the cute outdoor movie theatre located on the way to town. Property manager David was very helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for a great week!

Paradise found in a corner of Naxos

Absolutely beautiful location, you can never tire of watching the sunset from one of the many terraces. This house has absolutely everything anyone could want with a bit more as well, situated in a quiet but stunning part of Naxos, a car is a necessity, the beach is a 5 minute walk away and lots of shops, restaurants, bars are all within a short drive. Every view from every window has the 'Wow' factor. The pool is well maintained and a beautiful addition and there are so many terraces outside that you are spoiled for choice which one to sit on. David was a superb host, always available and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him, we had the most relaxing, fun filled, luxurious holiday which is what this property offered and certainly didn't disappoint in any way. This is truly visiting Naxos as it was meant to be and quite literally a home away from home in every sense of the words. It will be impossible to prevent us from returning soon. If you are looking for a real Greek experience with all the trimmings then this house has to be on the top of your list for places to stay.

This is heaven on earth! Multiple terraces to enjoy the stunning views and a beautiful interior. We absolutely loved it! David was very patient with all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure we knew all about the island!
