  • Luxe 4-slaapkamer, 3-badkamers, Townhome heeft gemakkelijke toegang met strand loopbrug naar de Golf van Mexico. Het strand ligt op slechts een korte wandeling door je achterdeur. Dit is de perfecte strandvakantie voor uw plezier op de witte stranden en smaragdgroene wateren. Op de tweede verdieping bevinden zich drie slaapkamers. De grote Queen Master Suite heeft een balkon met adembenemend uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico, een ontspannend zitgedeelte met een bank en een flatscreen-tv en een eigen aangepaste badkamer met dubbele wastafel, aangepaste douchecabine. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met een flatscreen tv. Derde slaapkamer heeft 3 aparte bedden. Gelegen in de grote hal is een complete badkamer met bad / douche combo voor beide slaapkamers om te delen. Gelegen op de begane grond vierde koningin gast slaapkamer met flatscreen tv. Complete badkamer met douchecabine in de centrale hal. Deze woning beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken met granieten werkbladen, beddengoed, wasmachine / droger, houtskoolgrill, parkeergarage onder stadswoning, draadloos, kabel, grote flatscreen-tv, strandstoelen en parasol. Excellent experience! Only gave 4 stars on check in because we waited around trying to get in and they had my phone number wrong so didn’t get text and had to call around to try to find somebody to get door code.

Sea Side Villa was as described and was beautiful. Questions were answered timely. The showers had good water pressure and bathrooms were clean. We were literally on the beach which was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay

Peaceful oasis!

This place was so clean and very confortable! We had a family of 10 and had plenty of room! Beautiful view of the ocean with great access to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway to relax

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Villa. The house was comfortable and clean. Perfect location. The beach was beautiful and so close to the house. The house had everything we needed to relax and unwind at the beach.

Great beach vacation home!

We really enjoyed our time away in this home. It's lovely and is much larger than it appears in the pictures.

This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back. The only thing we didnt find was a dust pan and we bought a crock pot to cook in for the 9 of us. We gave it to our niece after the wedding for her daughter.

We had a great stay at Sea Side Villa. The man room is so nice and open with plenty of seating. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped (we make most of our own meals for the entire week). The walk to the beach is so nice with the boardwalk. We did order beach service which I am glad we did as there wasn’t many beach seats at the house (but it isn’t advertised as having any—just sometimes the houses have a lot of seating in their storage) Overall, would definitely recommend this beach house!

This house was as described in the rental information and provided us a great home base for our annual Navarre trip. The property met all our needs and was extremely comfortable. Rental process was easy and the management very helpful. Overall a fantastic trip.

Fantastic Property!

This was our first time staying in Navarre and although the weather wasn’t on our side the location and property were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of linens, and everything was clean any tidy. We really enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Family vacation

The house is exactly as it says beautiful with beautiful views of the gulf. Plenty of room for everyone. The breezway makes it so easy to get all your things to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

We are in love!

Wow! We have stayed in dozens of beach houses over the years…Sea Side is definitely our new favorite! Spotless, well appointed, with easy and private beach access. Just amazing! We already have plans for coming back next year.

Being right on the beach, seeing dolphins a couple mornings was a highlight. The owners thought of everything, we didn't have littles with us but if you do they have the necessities. We would definitely come back to this location. We have been coming to this area the past few years and this location was the best one yet. Great size house and being right on the beach.

Great location and home

This home worked out well for 7 of us with eating and cooking. Large island area and table allowed us all to eat together. Very comfortable outdoor furniture and sufficient chairs available to take to the beach, which was right outside. Bedrooms were all comfortable and well stocked with towels. Beach towels were also provided which was an unexpected bonus.

Wonderful property. ~100 feet from the property line to the water. Good owners. Very firm beds-probably good for people who like that, but it’s not for everyone.

Top notch!

This property is exactly as listed. Very roomy for 6 adults, 4 children, and an infant. The master bedroom has a vented closet big enough to comfortably fit the pack and play for our 4 month old. The location could not be beat and the boardwalk to the beach is brand new and our wagon easily rode up and down it. We would definitely stay here again!

Sea Side Villa is awesome!

This place was amazing!! It perfectly accommodated our family of eight adults and one toddler. It was clean and bright and well maintained. The beds were comfortable with plenty linens. Also lots of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and pots and pans. On top of all of this is the view. The beautiful gulf is just out your back door.
