  • Ruim, oostkant 3 bdrm / 3bath met fantastisch uitzicht op de Golf en de Intracoastal waterweg. Dit appartement slaapt comfortabel 8 met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, 2 queensize bedden in de 2e slaapkamer en een queensize bed in de 3e slaapkamer. Het toestel is door de hele tegel betegeld.
    Voor uw plezier omvat dit toestel Beach Set-Up (2 stoelen en een paraplu) tijdens uw verblijf. Beach Colony West heeft het grootste zwembad op het eiland, tennisbanen, Pickle Ball courts, een oefenruimte en overdekte parkeerplaats. Condo omvat draadloos internet. We’ve stayed in lots of condos at different beaches. This one has been the best - from an easy check-in to friendly staff at the Beach Colony.

Rooms are clean and convenient. The storage room makes life so easy. It truly allows us to unplug and relax. Linda has always been a joy to work with, and she has superb customer service. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I rented this condo for our annual beach vacation. The condo worked perfectly for our group. Enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. Some of the furniture seemed recently updated and all of it was in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. We especially liked that there was an ice machine in the laundry room. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the people, dolphins and jets!

Unit 15A has amazing furnishings and layout, and beautiful views. Improvements needed: check cookware/utensils is clean between renters. We had to wash every utensil, pan, and pot before use. Wiping down the cabinetry in the kitchen: drawer handles and doors lacked the same cleanliness as rest of unit. Door handle was missing from bedroom balcony door allowing outside heat thru the holes and making that balcony inaccessible. Bed linens quality were poor (peeling, stained, very thin, no extra pillow cases for spare pillows). Ceiling fans in the unit need repair or replaced. They were so very loud with clanking wonky rotations, we could not use them day or night. The dryer "timed setting" does not dry and should be repaired, "normal setting" worked fine but it wasted 2 hours of time. As a complex: the location, beach storage room, and pool are great. Please Beware that Owners get Priority regarding beach chair service, even if a renter PAYS for additional service through La Dolce Vita, there is NO way to pay for guaranteed front row placement due to the contract dictated by Beach Colony that allows owners 1st priority regardless if renter pays for service. As a renter if you pay LDV for chair service and request front row be prepared to be bumped to 2nd or even 3rd row as owners come to stay. It seems stingy not to provide more than ONE laundry pod, dishwasher pod, roll of TP and Paper Towels and quality beach towels and bed linens. The pier and artificial reefs are super cool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent visit to Navarre Beach was fantastic and we will definitely by back! The condo was easy to access with elevators, carts, and convenient covered parking with a reserved space. The owners provided all the information to us clearly ahead of time. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the view can't be beat from all throughout the unit. It was very spacious and had all the amenities you needed while away from home. The ice maker in the unit was so convenient before hitting the beach or just making a drink. Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate at first, the beach was lovely! The beach was clean and quiet compared to other spring break beaches in the area. Plenty of shells to hunt and we even got to see dolphins, sea turtles, and rays swim by! Walkable favorites for us included AndyDs for breakfast, the pier for great views and fun fishing, and the turtle conservation center. Things to consider that could be improved or weren't ideal would be intermittent Wifi in the unit. Not a big deal if you're looking to decompress, but if you're trying to work remotely it's tough. Also, the pool is not heated so is very cold in the spring time. Plus, there weren't easily accessible restrooms from the beach/pool area. Again, we would highly recommend this unit and location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented from Linda the last several years and last year and this year rented the same unit 15A. The Condo is very nice, very comfortable and clean. My little granddaughter called it her condo. We had an A/C issue and Linda took care of it quickly even giving us an option to sleep in another unit if our condo was not suitable for that night. We didn’t need it and the A/C people were there first thing in morning. I would recommend this property rental to anyone.

Amazing condo that’s great for family

We love the Navarre area and got a group of family together for a visit. The condo was so comfortable and clean and had a fresh beach vibe. The beds in every room were made for great sleep. The location of the condo was great with amazing ocean views and walking distance to restaurants and beach activities. We would love to stay here again in the future!!

Great Condo!

Large, clean, and a balcony off every bedroom. A great corner unit with sunlight from all angles. It's the little things that make great accommodations. Things like an extra power strip for tech by the bed, a work desk if needed, and an ice maker to fill up the cooler for the day. We definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful

Great property. Gorgeous views on the oversized, spacious balcony. Beautiful, new decor. Decorated very nicely and felt like home. Storage room in ground floor very useful to store your beach gear in. Property manager was very helpful. The room code did not work on arrival. Linda was very helpful when I called her at 8pm Saturday night and situation was resolved immediately. My only suggestion is to provide a bit more info regarding arrival, correct room code and provide the storage room code at check in also. You will not be disappointed with this property. This was an amazing place to stay and we will definitely return!

The condo was fantastic! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds!

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to the beach service. Our condo came with the chairs and umbrella But we still had to claim a spot early in the morning and it wasn’t possible to be on the front row of the 3 rows of chairs. Beach boy was totally lacking in people skills and was quite rude to us and all the other people we had conversations with on the various days. Sometimes the chairs on the front were never occupied ...otherwise condo and the office staff were awesome

We actually ended up staying in 17F. It was perfect for our three families.

The view off the balcony was spectacular. The rounded balconies give you much more room. All the mechanical systems worked well. There was room for all of us to sit in the living room and visit. Yet we each had a large comfortable bedroom and our own private bathrooms when it was time to be alone. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was very adequate. The management was very helpful and accommodating with any requests that we had. We loved it so much we went down and talked to them about buying a unit.
