« To be honest with you overall the stay was decent. The host was very accommodating for us as we wanted to check in early due to our flight, arriving in the morning. When we had issues with the linens needing to be changed I called our host she was super responsive and immediately had housekeeping there to rectify our issues. « This is a cozy apartment, and the hosts respond very quickly to texts. Case in point, I modified my stay to arrive a day earlier, but the system didn't update the code to unlock the doors. When I texted the problem, they resolved the glitch quickly. I loved the neighborhood and walking around Wooster Square. »

« The location is walkable to Yale campus. Driveway parking was a plus. Great layout. The host very responsive and welcoming. We would love to book here again! »

« The apartment was adequate - the listing, however, is misleading in regard to having a washer and dryer, which are not in the rental. I also think that if the renter is paying a cleaning fee (which we were and which was higher than the nightly rental rate), we shouldn't be asked to strip the beds and to take out the trash, which we were asked to do repeatedly in messages from the host. Overall, not a great experience. »
