'We were happy with the stay'

'A couple of days prior to our arrival we received email communication with instructions for entering the apartment. Buzzer entry and lockbox codes worked fine but when we entered the apartment it was apparent that it had not been cleaned after the last guests. The bed was stripped, the couch and furniture were in disarray, there was garbage on the counter, and there were no towels. It was Easter Monday so of course the property office was closed. 'This flat is generously sized for two people. The kitchen is stocked and has a washer and dryer, the bathroom has lots of storage and the apartment comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance of the Guggenheim, restaurants and grocery. The building is safe, the internet good and overall a super experience.'
