Je hebt een paar wandelingen in de directe omgeving, waarbij een prachtig uitzicht op de Pitons de beloning is. Een auto is handig, maar met lokale bussen kom je ook een eind. '

'I stayed at the upper house. I was the only person there other than host (this is someone's home). It is a beautiful property part way up the hill with a fantastic view of the sunset and of the Pitons in the distance. It is very quiet there for a good night's sleep. I really needed a break at the time and this was the perfect place for it. I walked up 30 minutes to the observatory at the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the southern part of St. Lucia. 'Goede, behulpzame gastheer/eigenaar. Appartement vrij basic (ongezelig tl-licht en kale spaarlampen zonder armatuur, geen waterkoker) maar schoon. Het ligt in een woonwijk zonder andere hotels en tussen de zeer eenvoudige huizen en hutjes, met fantasitisch uitzicht op de haven en op de noordelijke luchthaven. Dagelijks komen er cruiseschepen aan en af en kleine vliegtuigen landen en stijgen op van het vliegveld aan overzijde van de baai. Geen fornuis in de keuken maar wel magnetron en...
