'This hotel has four stars, but in my opinion it would certainly deserve a fifth one. It's right in the historic centre, but located between a lovely quiet square and a narrow ancient street, which makes it a very quiet environment - an island of silence right in the middle of a very loud and busy city. Very friendly staff, cool classic and relatively spacious rooms, and of course the lounge (which looks like a medieval cloister) with a live pianist is breathtaking. On second thought - the hotel...

'fantastic place, right in the city centre. All amenities, very pleasant staff (you're not going to find someone who worked twenty years in the same hotel if you to any other chain), classy, friendly. A real gem. NOT for backpackers or the Ryanair crowd :-) The breakfast is really good, Italian, French and British style, with a real waiter doing the rounds.'
