'I highly recommend Greg as a host and Villa Almendro as a comfortable place to stay in Santa Teresa. If you want to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants, without being smack in the center of town, you won't find a better location. I especially enjoyed laying in the hammock while being protected from the rain, which we expected during the green season. Very peaceful! Check in was super easy. '

'Spectacular view! The pool and outside seating area was amazing. We really enjoyed that along with the seating area and comfortable couch inside. We were there with another couple and there was enough seating for us. The AC worked well which was great after our time exploring. 'We had during our stay moisture next to the bed, that made us sick, ants & a scorpion in the room, 3 electricity blackouts and 3x loss of all the food in the fridge. Additionally to this during the whole stay we were living on a construction site as the owner planed to extend the property. With this circumstances the owner was not ready to reduce price or to find an arrangement that was convenient for us.'
