'I have stayed in this hotel since maybe 10 years ago. I nothing had changed in the 10 or so years. It is obvious that property has deteriorated and is need of repairs. tiles in showers have lost grout long time ago, wallpaper are scratched and in bed shape. as you enter into there room you are met with moldy, humid smell. there is no way to open a window, not even bit to let fresh air in. Tile floors were sticky and not clean properly. The only positive is that bed and bedding were crisp and...

'Do not like the 100.00 damage deposit hold that we were not told about until we were checking in. It does not show up on our receipt and when we were checking out we were told it would take 3 to 5 business days to be refunded. At check in she said it would be removed when we checked out. I think this is bad for business & don't like it at all.'

'It was not well maintained. I would not recommend it to anyone. Property was not clean and wasn’t worth for the money. I was hoping to get something good for the money I spent. Door was broken and washroom had nothing to use.'

Although, it can feel a bit chilly and the ceiling rain shower is a miss. It feels like a water jet from the ceiling. Just use the regular shower head instead. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for downtown.'
