« To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues »

« Hotel well located in Clemmons and seems to be all new and very clean. However:
- I had chosen this hotel for its indoor swimming, which was closed for my fully week of stay.
- there is like a fan noise in all the rooms which cannot be turned off despite the AC and heater being stopped. I am not difficult but had to sleep with earplugs. Receptionist has tried to change my room but it was the same in the other room
- breakfast poor quality, food not so good and plastic everywhere

« The room was mediocre. But decently clean. Lots of painted over spots that you can that the room still needs an update more than what has been done. The pillows are HORRIBLE. The bed was mushy and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was stained. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was DISGUSTING. The free breakfast was okay.
