'Beautifully decorated inside and gorgeous gardens and landscaping outside. A lovely serene spot away from the crowds that are only minutes away in downtown Stockbridge. The breakfasts were plentiful, artfully presented and delicious. Staff were friendly and very competent.'

'Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch.'

'The property was well maintained and it is managed very well. For me and my wife, it is the perfect property to stay, because we attend the Tangelwood Festival in Lenox. We always enjoy a vacation club or timeshare rather than a simple hotel room. This way we can fix our own meals or go out and feast on some of the restaurants in Lenox and the Berkshire mountain area.'

'There were no amenities but breakfast, which was absolutely adequate. The staff was very helpful, parking easy and the room was comfortable with good showers. The water pressure needed some help and a hair dryer would have been helpful but all in all the location made up for it.'

'The price of the room per night was on par with a lower-tier luxury hotel ($390/night), but did not match that offering. Upon checking in and getting into our room it had an odor that never went away, the shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain did not properly enclose the tub, the door looked like someone had tried to break it open by the deadbolt with a knife from the outside (wood visibly chipped away), and on the inside of the door the peep hole had tissue paper stuffed into it.'

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'Room was cleaned every day with lots of clean towels provided. Parking was always very easy and very accessible at any hour. Wish breakfast hours could be extended just a bit as I often found it difficult getting to breakfast given the early hours. Also, lighting in accessible bathroom continues to be dim. Recommend that light bulbs be changed if possible to provide better lighting as that has been my experience for past few years.'
