Had to ask for extra towels because there were only 3 which I never understand why they ask when you book how many people but then there is never enough stuff in the room for the amount of people. The room was comfortable, couch/bed was nice. Very weird placement of TV in the room. Otherwise pretty nice.'

'The a/c in our room wasn’t functioning properly and we’re told a maintenance person wouldn’t be available until our stay was over and there was no offer to switch rooms. Carpet had frayed hole as well as the curtains. The free breakfast items were limited. When the gentleman worked the breakfast he basically stood behind us and told us how to make our breakfast because he liked things pulled from and done a certain way. The desk staff were nice though. Oh and the fridge only froze things. There...

'The bathroom has feces in the toilet. Dirty floors. A pair of underwear in the bed with a ripped sheet. Talked to the staff across the street because nobody is at the desk. They are very rude and really don’t care if you aren’t happy. We chose this hotel because it was close to our sons place (he was injured) what a huge mistake. This is why we stay at Marriotts. What a joke for a business.'

'Check in was a breeze. The guy working at the front was very kind. The room was very clean and super quiet, which made for excellent sleep. Location was in a pretty central location to what we were there for. The breakfast options were fairly wide. I was happy to see eggs there every morning. The sausage and chicken patties were really good too. The coffee was just ok but I am really picky. We had such a great stay that I would 100% stay here again and book other Home2 Suites rooms!'
