'The food is terrible with very limited options. I asked for juice but they didn’t have it for breakfast. Asked for water instead but I was charged for it. TV cable never worked, although I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. Internet was not working half of my stay. Hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. You get what you paid for basically!!!'

'We had an excellent stay at the Atum Hotel. It was my boyfriend and myself (two Americans in our 20s), and we felt very comfortable and safe here! The staff, the room, the food, and the location were all incredible! The staff was very helpful in arranging our pickup and offering to book tours for us. "Beautiful hotel and rooms overall. Breakfast is outstanding. Very well maintained. In short very good experience. One downside was that, other than we expected in such a high class hotel, some of the cleaning staff used the same manipulation as people outside at the street to ask for money and was even close to harassing my wife every time he saw her. We reported this and hopefully the management will follow this up because for the price we paid this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Otherwise we should have rated this hotel 5 stars."
