'The hotel entrance was quite hard to find as it is hidden between some small alleys but once you get there the staff was incredibly helpful and they even use a translator tool to try their best to help you. Love that they provide daily room services and also laundry. You can call them at the lobby and they will pick up your laundry. Once it’s done they also leave them back at your door. The hotel room doesn’t have a fridge and they also don’t have an elevator. Will need to climb stairs to get to...

'De rooms are large and very comfortable. The bed was great. The only lesser point was the air conditioner is not very strong and the room was too warm at certain times. Elena from reception was excellent and made our stay so much better. Very helpful and perfect English. 'It’s a very nice and lovely hotel in centre of Beijing, it’s our favourite hotel now compared with some other hotels we have booked in the past years when we stayed in Beijing.
The courtyard where you can relax and rest is a big plus point and also the bathroom is very nice.

'Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away.'
