'The only reason I gave this a four star rating instead of a five star rating was because the menu in the restaurant was less than stellar'

'Booked at double queen, but was given a king and expected to act grateful for even having a room. There were short thick hairs on the toilet seat, showing that it was not cleaned, and the toilet would not work. When I called the front desk multiple times no one answered. After walking down, I found 3 employees standing out front for a smoke break.'

'I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. 'Everything went well. The lady up front was very accommodating on arrival. The buffet room was very nice size, but there were no signs posted that we saw, saying you could get an omelette cooked for you. We only noticed this after we’d already gotten our breakfast from the bar. The setup for that was really the only letdown. Clean Hotel and comfortable beds'

'This hotel is located close to Canton and Akron. Convenient for our stay. So disappointed in the front desk staff. Upon check in she never looked up and just said, "credit card and driver's license". That was it. Handed us the key and pointed to the elevators. This happened three of the four days when we asked the front desk questions. Same person. Room service was iffy. They didn't replenish the coffee or the drinking cups and on two of the days the bed was never made up. These may sound petty...

'Love this property. You know exactly what you get each time. Price has gone up and the property is aging badly. Too stay at such high rates it’s time to renovate. Leaking bathroom sink, peeling paint, torn and chipped carpet/vinyl and the same dirty breakfast area all need some attention. WiFi doesn’t remain connected during peak hours.'

'We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty). We had a 2 night stay and they didn't clean our room at all. When we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, we were given clean towels right away, but they didn't even apologize or...

'I booked a room [136] with the expectation of relaxing. Unfortunately, I woke up to an infestation of ants (in the bed with me, in the bathroom and nightstand). I called the front desk to learn that this is a known issue. Being greeted my ants was not listed on the disclaimer I signed. I felt disrupted and clearly not at ease.'

'At least 30 or 40 free range children, running around unsupervised. Ding dong ditching, hollering and screaming until at least 1am. Throwing stuff at vehicles. Multiple people setting off fireworks in the parking lot. Would never consider going back'
