'Nice place but parking is hard. 8/10'

'They charged extra for parking, and it was very expensive. There was no one at the breakfast counter, which created confusion. They also asked for a security deposit, and I was not informed in advance.'

'Soft bed and pillows, but the best part is a shuttle to events! Onsite restaurant with a full bar. Full shampoo/conditioner on the shower wall. Easy to get to, and has a Starbucks inside. The only thing I'd change, would be to add a waffle maker and free coffee for breakfast. '

'Easy location to get to and to get into and out of the city from. Loading dock on the north side was a touch noisy in the am. Overall a very good stay'

I messaged front desk staff and they had maintenance come fix this while we went about our day. When we got back the issue was resolved. We super appreciated this! '

'We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. Front desk lady was sure to remind us that our 2nd night would be...

'The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was limited and out of stock. No muffins or bagels. Took awhile for the hot food to be replenished as well as the waffle mix. Otherwise the hotel was fine for one night.'
