'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'Everything was as expected! We checked in late in the day and staff was super helpful making sure we got in ok and found parking in the lot. Breakfast was great and had lots of seating. The ice machine was working which wasn’t the case with other hotels on our trip, so we were excited about that!'

'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Ruime koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. In het hotel verbleven veel gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Daardoor was er veel lawaai in de lobby, in de gang en bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt waren meer problemen, waardoor er maar een zeer beperkt aanbod was. Ik moest zelfs om boter gaan vragen. '

'Several things made our stay here quite frustrating. First, the elevators only worked about half of the time, and it was unclear as to when or why they would stop working. Second, I asked about paying for a late check out 1) before booking 2) during booking and 3) at check in. They kept saying to wait until later to ask. we then asked the morning of and were told we could not do any late check out… this was despite the option for late check out being one of the reasons I had chose this hotel and...

'It was an excellent stay overall! We had a few minor issues (the room had dirt on the floor when we checked in), but I let the staff know about it and they cleaned it up right away. Excellent staff! Breakfast has lots of options, including fresh fruit, which was delicious. There was coffee, water and soda available 24/7, too. And they served hot snacks from 4-6pm. Board games were available in the lobby. My kids enjoyed playing those. The pool was clean and fun. We loved seeing all the plants...

'The bed was comfy, the air was cold, the bathroom was clean, the coffee was good! I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it seemed fine! The staff was friendly, check-in was simple. '

'Het water van ons toilet bleef lopen. Na een klacht bij de receptie liep er meteen een medewerker mee en die claimde het probleem te hebben verholpen. Dit was niet het geval dus terug naar de receptie en die vroeg meteen of ik een refund wilde. Ik wil gewoon goed slapen en niet met lopend water in de badkamer. Ze vroeg me een uur te wachten voor ze antwoord kon geven of we een andere kamer konden krijgen want zij kon het probleem niet verhelpen. Iedereen was al naar huis en de volgende ochtend...
