The space
Pico De Loro is first and foremost a membership club resort. Getting endorsed by a member is a privilege extended to out guest who are welcome to stay in our vacation homes in Pico De Loro. There are rules to be followed during your stay in Pico.

Private, exclusive and nature free, jogging path cycle lane and hiking.

It is one of the building nearest to the beach,

If you would like to cook, there is a stove and an oven. Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils. No towels and toiletries provided please bring some or u can rent at pico for a minimal price.

Check in time: 2pm
Check out: 12noon
Self Check-in: 5pm onwards

After payment transaction has been done, send me all guest names and ages for the forms which i will give you and you will present upon entry in pico. :)

Upon receiving the forms which i will send to you, please print them and provide a valid ID upon registration and check in.

If you wish to check in early or check out late let me know, if there's no guest before or after your stay, i usually allow guest request. :-)

In additional to condo rental fee, there is also an entrance fee(good for the duration of your stay):

Kids (4 to 12) : 600.00

*High Season (all weekends of March to June and December)

Kids(4-12y/o)- 500

*Peak Season (All Weekdays Of March to June and December) and (All Weekend of July to November, January and February)
Adults: 1,200
Kids(4-12y/o)- 400

*Lean Season(all Weekdays of July to November)
Adult: 800
Kid(4-12y/o) : 300

Free of charge: 3y/o bellow

Entrance fee includes the usage of PICO BEACH, COUNTRY CLUB POOL, SHOWER ROOMS, LOCKER ROOMS, and SHUTTLE SERVICE AROUND THE VICINITY.
Plus, 1050 for the cash card. P1000 is consumable and P50 for the card. Valid for one year.
(The CASH CARD (works like Timezone card) is the form of payment. Only 1 Cash Card will do for the whole group. It's not per person and it's optional. A minimum of Php 1,000 can be loaded to the cash card and it's ready for use to get beach and pool towels, renting jet skis and any other sports activities. Use this cash card also at the beach front Reef Bar/Restaurant and country club restaurant-Lagoa.)
We have also indoor activities and outdoor activities with extra charges.

Other things to note
DURING YOUR STAY:
1. Smoking is not allowed inside in the unit. Go outside and smell the fresh air.
2. Conserve water at all time. We don't have to lecture you about the melting ice caps.
3. Water from the faucet is not potable.
4. Turn off the lights when not in use.
5. Keep the noise.
6. Don't hang clothes on the terrace railings. Clothes rack is provided with hanger.
7. No smoking inside the condo. There's a designated smoking area just outside the canopy at the ground floor.
8. Cooking is allowed except dried fish and squid. Please turn on the range hood when cooking. No grilling inside the condo.
9. WIFI is available at the country club.
10. Hold-out Deposit. We required security deposit - 3,000. If you break something, you pay for it.
11. Lost Key. We charge Php 5,000 for total replacement of the door lock.

Please be guided by the following COVID-19 policies for staycations:



A completed / full COVID-19 vaccination card or government issued / official VaxCert will be required from all guests except those aged 17 years old and below.
Guests aged 18 years old and above who are not fully vaccinated will be required to submit a "negative" RT-PCR (nasal or saliva) or Rapid Antigen Test (nasal swab) performed within 72 hours prior to check-in.
Guests aged 17 years old and below do not need to submit any requirements, but must be accompanied by an adult / guardian with completed vaccination documents or “negative” test result.
