Inclusief basis ontbijt. '

'Well, I wish I could tell you how the rooms were, but that I don't know because when I arrived for my check-in, I was informed that they were overbooked and they switched me over to a different hotel. I assumed that I would stay at that hotel for the remainder of my stay but after one night, however, it was only one night we were asked to pay for the reminder even thought we already paid for our trip. 'Good location, near highway. Very clean and breakfast was good. '

'Propre et confortable'

'Everthing was great'

'Stay was great!!!'

'Staff were very nice and areas round the hotel were kept well maintained and neat. Our room was very clean and spacious, however, the bed was not comfortable. Another disappointment was the age of the universal equipment in the gym. Other than those two items the stay was pleasant and would still consider staying our next visit to Kings Bay.'

'Clean and comfortable'

'Nicely decorated for the holidays'

'We found this property on another trip a month ago, and were impressed. It's convenient to Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island. While a lot of properties are cutting back on their breakfast buffets, the quality here remains excellent. There's really only one draw-back: the lack of a coffee maker in the room. But if you don't mind waandering to the breakfast area in your pajamas, they don't seem to mind either.'

'I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I learned hotel was being renovated. Noise galore, saws, hammering etc. All amenities were closed ie: pool, fitnes...everything. Contacted Expedia and they did nothing to help. Hotel said if I booked direct, they would discount the rate. Expedia told me no discounts. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!'

'WHAT A DUMP !!'

'My in laws and I have been staying here for years - we checked in to accessible rooms and both rooms we’re disgustingly dirty and not able to sleep in. We found a cockroach in one room. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and refunded us but not a good experience and definitely won’t be staying again'

'Upon arrival, the smell in the check in area was horrible. The room was no better, it smelled like old wet dog. I had children with me but I was just happy that we were only staying one night. Very disappointed.'

'The staff is super nice, hotel and the rooms give you kind of a depressed feeling, but good for a one night stay.'
