'The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. '

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. '

'Awful, trash in room from people before us. Shower fixtures not working properly. One had a screw sticking out and grinding on the turn handle, the sound was awful. Breakfast was mediocre at best, everything tasted like cardboard and a few members had food poisoning from it. We only stayed one night and made arrangements elsewhere.'

'First of all, This is my first time going to Bahamas and staying at the Hyatt hotel East side was the perfect choice, The staff is very helpful, I met 2 ladies that work at the kiosk on the beach side her names Natishca and Aja.What a wonderful human being are these 2 ladies.
