Unique maison situĂ©e dans souhaitable Briggs Ferme dans la belle ville de Narragansett. Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© par Builder / propriĂ©taire. La cuisine a une double Tri-convection Four et l'Ăźle gĂ©nĂ©reuse ouverte sur coin repas. Buanderie clos au large de la breezeway au premier Ă©tage. ArrĂȘt de la cuisine est un domaine clĂŽturĂ© vĂ©randa arriĂšre pour plus de places assises et se prĂ©lasser. cour arriĂšre a une nouvelle terrasse en bĂ©ton estampĂ© avec barbecue, tables et chaises. Toujours dans ce domaine est une douche extĂ©rieure d'eau chaude.

Il est un ajout de 700 pieds carrĂ©s avec deux grandes chambres de moquette, salle de bain carrelĂ©e plein et grand salon ouvert avec feuillus de chĂȘne blanc. Il ya un porche couvert avec deux chaises de ciel, et meubles de patio. Le lot est de 14.000 pieds carrĂ©s avec une balançoire, toboggan et balançoire et arriĂšre-cour pour jouer. Air centrale sur deux zones. Les lits au choix sont 5 Queens et 2 doubles, et 4 matelas jumeaux sont fournis si nĂ©cessaire. Animaux acceptĂ©s! Courte promenade Ă  Sunset Farm pour les lĂ©gumes frais et les fruits et les tartes de boulangerie frais et visiter les animaux de la ferme. La maison est assez grande pour de nombreuses familles. Grand garage 2 voitures, allĂ©e gĂ©nĂ©reux pour un grand parking. Nous fournissons beaucoup de chaises longues, des planches de bodyboard, des jouets de plage, des draps de plage, des couvertures, des couettes et des serviettes de bain.

Prenez un court trajet de 20 minutes en voiture de Newport historique et Jamestown. T. F. Green Airport est Ă  25 minutes. Providence se trouve Ă  30 minutes en voiture. Cette maison est situĂ©e au centre de toutes les plages, boutiques et restaurants les plus populaires. Plus proche CinĂ©ma est Ă  moins de 10 minutes situĂ©es au sud du comtĂ© de communes. Montez Ă  bord du ferry Block Island en GalilĂ©e Ă  seulement 2 miles. Le trajet en ferry sur le ferry rapide est Ă  seulement 30 minutes et sur le grand ferry, sa environ une heure. Sur Block Island il ya beaucoup de choses amusantes Ă  faire avec les enfants et les adultes. Vous pouvez louer des vĂ©los, cyclomoteurs ou de prendre un taxi ou mĂȘme apporter votre propre voiture sur. Beaucoup de visites, plages, visites du phare, de nombreux restaurants, magasins, bars, et l'Ă©quitation, les fermes, les marinas, les quais et les falaises fabuleuses.

This house was so beautiful. We had plenty of room for my large family and it was spotless. You do not need to bring anything to cook with. There was everything you needed as far as plates, cutlery and pots and pans. There is a separate coffee bar and then a cocktail bar. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home (with So much space!!) that had everything we needed. Robin is lovely to work with and the community is gorgeous. At the end of our stay, I already had my friends and family asking when we would be coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We have now rented twice from Robin, the host. This house did not dissapoint, just like the other. Very spacious,so much room for everyone and everything. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs.

The house has a great layout with 3 separate sleeping areas that make it ideal for multiple families. There were plenty of linens, beach chairs and toys, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

There were 12 adults and 5 children. Robin went out of her way to accommodate our needs! She provided 3 pack and plays which was a huge help. The kitchen is extremely well equipped Plenty of towels for everyone! There was a slight issue and Robin responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was really clean and the a/c was left on so when we entered the house it felt good on a hot sunny day. Bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The decor and the furniture of the house was nice and comfortable. Location is Ok, it was about 8 min drive for stores or beach.

4 couples and 6 kids and a pet! Perfect for all of us. No fighting over bathrooms, no cramming for common areas, short drive to Narragansett town beach and close but not on major road to get to where you need to go with clear instructions and helpful information for seeing the area. Would stay here 20 times over!

This house was amazing, the inside furnishing are top notch, and the flow of the house is perfect. Had my 50th bday party, and we have 4 teenagers therefore sleeping was great as the kids had their own section of the house. Also with just under 50 people the backyard was great for a large gathering. Lastly Robin was great, and responded to anything we needed in a matter of minutes. We will look to stay at this property again for sure.

We had an amazing time at this house. Robin was very attentive and communicative in the booking process along with checking in. I arrived about fifteen minutes early and reached out to her to see if I can enter and she responded very quickly allowing us to do so. The house was extremely spacious and beautiful. The pictures are gorgeous online but the house in person is even more so. We couldn’t believe how spacious it was as well as clean. It came equipped with plenty of towels and fun games to play. We definitely enjoyed our stay and was the highlight of our girls weekend. Thanks Robin!

This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, â˜ș

Used the house for an extended family getaway. Overall, enjoyed the location very much; convenient to beaches, towns and around a half hour to Newport RI. The bedrooms, bathrooms and upstairs sitting areas are newly redone and very nice. The house is very well stocked with beach accessories, linens and kitchen items. However, as other recent reviews have mentioned there is halted construction at the house that impacts the atmosphere in the kitchen and outdoors and does not provide a general sitting area for a large group other than the dining room table. The kitchen area was completely different than the photos in the listing -- the photos showed a beautiful light, open area with a screened in room with additional seating whereas the current kitchen is dark with a brown carpet and plastic over the glass doors. (I see these photos have now been updated on the listing, but the old ones were up on the site at least until September 18th). I appreciated the offer of our being able to check into the house early. Communication with Robin was very nice and prompt until after our stay when I mentioned the kitchen area discrepancy between the listing photos and reality. Her response was not gracious.

The house was a good size for our guests but poor communication with the host, the house renovation and the kitchen photos listed inaccurately put a damper on our stay. Robin’s communication was disrespectful, dishonest and accusatory. The kitchen photos listed were false and the kitchen that was at the house, although functional, was not as pictured- due to the house under renovation (which was also not disclosed to me prior to our stay). Robin further blamed me and guests for breaking the AC, which was not functioning properly since we arrived, and Robin offered no help to remedy the AC until after our stay.

Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful

The house is under renovation. A cease and desist order was on the front door dated feb 2023. We booked the house in nov 2022 for a wedding with family flying in from Scotland. We were not told about the house renovation until the day before we arrived when we reached out to ask a question. While the 7 bedrooms were quite nice and the upstairs bedrooms had small seating areas for a small number of people, there was no common area for us to hang out in inside the house on the first floor. The renovation I believe is meant to address this but didn’t help us. The only common area on the first floor has a dining table with seating for 8 people. The backyard where we were going to hang out looked like a construction zone with lumber covered with a tarp and plastic blowing on the part of the house under renovation making sitting out there not at all inviting. There were two glass tables with umbrellas out there but we weren’t inclined to use them. We sent an email to the owner the day we arrived requesting a discount since what we thought we were booking and what we got didn’t meet our expectations but we were told no as they believed that the house was fully functional. The owner knew about this renovation since February yet did not mention until we were checking in. Renters beware!

The house is large, clean and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and beach gear. It is centrally located; only five minutes from grocery store, beaches and the Block Island ferry as well as numerous restaurants. We had a wonderful stay with 13 people, ranging from two to seventy two! Robin is very responsive and helpful. We hope to return next year!

We had a glorious time and we loved being able to walk to the beach any old time we wanted to. We're a family who cooks in (and we have some terrific cooks), so our chefs especially appreciated the chef-quality stove and all that came with it-- a profusion of lobster crackers, tongs, pots and potholders. It really was a wonderful vacation for us!

Perfect spot to celebrate the New Year. 10 adults and 6 kids all fit comfortably in this house. The house was fully equipped with anything you would need for your stay. Plenty of parking space. Would highly recommend this house to others.
