House Rules and additional notes:
Property is PET FREE. Neither Tenant(s), guests, nor family shall keep dogs, cats, birds, or animals on said premises. Service/emotional support animals are permitted. As permitted by the law, emotional support animals will incur a $50 per animal per night fee (not included in the booking amount, collected at the time of check-in).
Property is SMOKE FREE. Neither Tenant(s) nor invitees will smoke in any form (Cigarettes, cigars, hookah, Vaping, and/or e-cigarettes ) inside the house or the pool area. Any violations can result in $250 sanitization and cancellation of the booking with no refund.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Property cannot be used for commercial photography, social media/ad production, modeling sessions, or any commercial or beneficial use.
For the house's safety and the safety of our neighbors, No fireworks are allowed inside the house or on the public street. (No exceptions for July 4th, New Year’s Eve, or other holidays/events)
Tenant(s)’s personal property kept upon the Premises or any other area shall be kept at the sole risk of Tenant(s). Landlord shall in no event be liable for any loss, destruction, theft, or damage to such property.

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Express Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement:
In consideration for receiving access and/or permission to use any bike(s) (“Activity”) at your rental Property or otherwise made available to you as an amenity in conjunction with your rental by the Owner(s) of your Rental Property, you hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS for any and all purposes the Property Owner(s) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION OR INJURY that may be sustained by you or your guests or invitees while participating in such ACTIVITY, whether caused by RELEASEES’ active or passive negligence
POOL RULES:
** PLEASE BE AWARE THE DEPTH OF THE POOL IS LESS THAN 5 FEET * NO DIVING ALLOWED **
I. The Tenant is hereby notified that the pool and spa can be dangerous. The Tenant fully accepts the risks involved and will use the swimming pool and/or spa at the Tenant's own risk. There is NO lifeguard on the premises.
The Tenant is further notified to exercise caution when entering or exiting the pool or spa, as the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and pose slipping hazards.
II. The Landlord/Host will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Tenant, and/or the Tenant's occupants or guests when using the swimming pool and/or spa.
III. The Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool or spa at all times.
IV. It is the Tenant's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool and spa.
V. The Tenant agrees not to use glass containers in or around the pool. Plastic or metal containers should be used at all times.
VII. The Tenant is responsible for keeping the swimming pool/spa clean of debris, keeping the pool/hot tub areas clean, neat and organized.
🐕🦺Service animals: Under the ADA guideline, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. The individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. The animal must be under the control of the handler at all times; therefore never be left alone at any time. Not being a pet-friendly property, we request that the service animal not use indoor/outdoor furniture, beach gear, bedding, pool, spa, utensils, baby gear, high chair, changing table, etc., or any items/amenities intended for human use/consumption. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities, and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
