We use all "green" products" to sanitize and clean this home. Between guests all tile is steam cleaned using organic products. This home is free from harsh and abusive chemicals.

This home is fully equipped and includes a child protection removable screen system which allows you to keep the sliders open to the pool area allowing a breeze in but still protecting your little ones! (see photo's). This home will be spotless when you arrive. Fantastic location. Walk or ride to the beach. 4 bedroom pool home.

Professionally landscaped and impeccably furnished home. Located in the 500 block of 106 Avenue north it will exceed your expectations from the moment you arrive. The home is situated on a large corner lot with large palms and an assortment of tropical plants. As you enter the main foyer there are French doors to the left which open to bedroom number four that features a queen size bed. The main entrance leads to a vaulted ceiling great room which offers a spacious kitchen equipped with Keurig coffee maker along with all new plates, silverware, pots and pans. Along side the kitchen is a rectangular table that offers seating for eight. The living area is decorated in a coastal theme with a 65 inch flat panel HDTV powered by Comcast cable and WIFI throughout the home and pool area.
Continue through the patio sliders and you will find a large covered outdoor eating area equipped with patio dining and a stainless Weber grill. A perfect spot to dine. This area is part of the screened lanai pool area which offers full privacy with southern exposure for you and your guests An additional table and three lounge chairs complete the pool area.
To the right of the kitchen area and living area are three bedrooms. The master features a king bed with sliders to the lanai. Private master bath, large walk in closet and a 50 inch flat panel HDTV complete the suite. Bedroom number two features a queen size bed decorated in a coastal theme with a HDTV. Bedroom number three features two twin beds and a ceiling fan and a HDTV
This home comfortably accommodates 2-10 guests (8 guests sleep in beds and 2 guests sleep on Sealy Roll away beds). It includes 4 bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. Amenities boast: five bicycles fully equipped with locks and an air pump, a 60 inch HD TV with additional TV's in three bedrooms, high speed wireless internet service and a washer and dryer.
