Private Home w/ oversized heated saltwater pool 4 outdoor areas to be comfortable, tiki hut with tv, and couch, pergola-with 8 chairs tv & grill. Additional corner table w/ umbrella. Newly furnished & over stocked w/ towels,beach supplies & sheets and pillows as well as completely stocked kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 kingbeds w/ tv’s & 3rd bdrm 2 twins,one futon in sunroom. Cable, Sonos Roam speakers & smart TV's 2 outside, 1 in tiki hut w/ 4 seats(Seminole certified ), & under pergola 8 people dining set, additional4 Seat table w/ umbrella ,weber gas grill, Outdoor lighting pool lights & fountain allows night entertaining. Laundry area off kitchen & 2 car garage, and plenty of storage. High quality mattresses & bedding / down& down-like foam & memory foam pillows, Ceiling fans in every bedroom, walk-in closets, and blinds throughout. Terra cotta and wood flooring, no wall to wall carpet. Loacation to most water activities are within 8-10 minutes away.
House ducts and AC professionally sanitized and cleaned.
There are 22 Public Golf Courses located at 20 different golf clubs in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers. Two of the clubs, Lely Resort and Tiburon offer two public golf courses. The majority of courses in southwest Florida are not open to the public as they are private golf clubs with membership required. This house is located in non gated Naples Country Club. Baby items:bassinet, activity play center, strollers, baby seat.

Many golfers want to be able to play golf in the area without having to live in a golf community with high membership dues and home owners fees. Bayside seafood bar and grill in Venetian Village good food and pretty views, Music on sundays out on the terrace. Naples Dinner Cruise for a sunset dinner out of Tin city. (downtown on the bay) Greek food is off 3rd Mediterraneo. Mercato is north Naples and has all outdoor cafe's. 5 minutes from the house in Park Shore is Brio's in the Outdoor mall Waterside shoppes.

This was an incredible find; we loved our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need to make any meal, big or small. We also made use of the beach chairs umbrellas and wagon for a day at Vanderbuilt Beach. When enjoying the heated pool we had plenty of floats and towels (more than enough towels). The seating and ambiance in the backbyard was really resort like. The house was very clean and well cared for. The owner was extremely accomodating and easy to work with. We would definitely return.

The host was extremely responsive to all questions throughout our stay. The home was clean and had everything you would ever want. The pool was immaculate and huge! The pool heater worked great! Fun little tiki hit area in the backyard with a TV. Great outdoor lights for night swimming and drinks/dinners on the patio. We would definitely here again.

Great Yard and Pool

This house is older in a small, but nice neighborhood. The backyard was great for our dog, and our adult kids loved the huge pool and the different outdoor sitting areas. . Because the house was probably built in the 70's, there were things that needed repair. The disposal backed up and it was a two day ordeal to get it fixed. The garage door opener didn't work correctly when we arrived and we had to figure out another way to get in (a repairman came in a few days to install a new opener). The master bath is extremely small with a tiny sink. The other bathroom was bigger but only had one sink, so it was crowded for everyone to use. Michelle did get back to us whenever anything went wrong and we appreciated that. The pool was very cool at first and she upped the temperature for us. As everywhere in Naples, we felt we paid too much for the rental, but we had a great time and we especially enjoyed the big pool and yard. Great place for families!

Perfect vacation house

One of a kind property!

This is a beautiful and comfortable house. We feel right at home. The backyard is one of a kind and unique with the pool and several different sitting areas and paths. It's like being at a resort. Enjoying our time here very much! The property manager is very responsive and the house is centrally located near all the amenties Naples has to offer.

Amazing Stay - Pool/Backyard Area Especially Beautiful!

This was our first entire home stay at a VRBO and it was overall phenomenal. The house is stocked so well - kitchen has EVERYTHING you can want or need and bedding/towels abundant and comfortable and plush. They even had beach chairs and supplies - very impressed by how well equipped the house was! The home was very clean as well and landscaped beautifully! The outdoor area was the best part of the home - the pool and seating areas - covered and uncovered were the most relaxing wonderful part of the entire visit - sunny most of day but shady areas to rest as well! Fully fenced in for privacy, this was very important as we brought our little pooch for the first time on vaca with us and she was very comfortable and adapted immediately! Location was great! Close drive to shopping and grocery stores including Whole Foods and numerous Publix, Mercato, Waterside Shops and Vanderbilt beach. Not too far either from Old Naples - great central location. Sunsets are amazing at the beach! We also enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood! Michelle, the owner, was extremely communicative and available for any issues/questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and hope to stay again!!

This property is excellent. Very clean and nice. Great kitchen with all the amenities, excellent backyard with large pool. The host is terrific, responsive and very good to work with. We would definitely try to book this property again on future trips to Naples.
