It is totally new after a complete renovation which included the installation of beautiful flooring, cabinets throughout and a wet bar with a wine cooler & ice maker.

    The unit features two outside balconies with seating, a bar area, and a grill for barbecuing. This unit also offers the best of appliances, including three large LED high-definition flat-screen TVs: a 65-inch TV in the living room, a 55-inch TV in the master bedroom, and a 44-inch TV in the guest bedroom. Internet access and cable. Both bedrooms have king size beds with comfortable mattresses. No detail has been overlooked! This unit is Extra Special!!

    For your convenience linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and beach.

    The property itself has a heated pool, spa, grill and tennis courts. The unit also has a storage locker with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart, which are all provided.

Wonderful Penthouse Condo

this was a very beautiful condo in a quaint low rise building and was exceptionally well appointed and very comfortable. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and great communicators. Will definitely stay again. Very close to beach and beautiful views of the Intercostal Water way

Wonderful property in a great location. Spotlessly clean. Newly renovated and furnished. Well equipped. Support from Seagate Suites was exceptional. Highly recommend.
