The host was very welcoming and responsive, the property was well stocked and very well decorated. Beds were comfortable, water pressure in the showers was great, the pool had floaties for my granddaughter, beach chairs for use in the garage along with sand buckets and toys. They even had a coffee bar for us to enjoy! It was a real joy staying here! The only draw back was that there was no garage door opener for us to use as stated and it would have been nice if there was some some sort of drapery or coverage over the sliding glass doors in the living room.

We really enjoyed this spacious house with our young grandchildren. The private heated pool was wonderful and a big hit. The doors all have safety locks to secure pool overnight. We enjoyed dining outside with handy gas grill. We played many family games poolside. House is located in a gated neighborhood that includes 2 additional pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball and a playground all in walking distance. The location is ok to Naples Saturday Farmers Market , a day at the beach, Naples zoo, numerous parks, groceries. The bedroom suites are isolated nicely: Large King Suite; two Queens and full bath; king bedroom and queen bedroom with full bath. We all had lots of room. The appliances were great, lots of dishes. It was a fun stay.

Had a great time

Property was great and we had a wonderful time with our family. The only problem was when we arrived the house hadn’t been cleaned. The cleaner came the following morning and did a good job of cleaning, but this resulted in my husband and I having to change linens, clean bathrooms and the kitchen and pile dirty linens in the laundry area. We were refunded the cleaning fee. We realize mistakes happen but it kind of put a damper on our arrival.

First rate home

Very nice home. Clean and well equipped . Furnishings in great shape, most appear relatively new. Owner/manager is responsive and clearly make the tenet’s satisfaction a priority. The only downside to this property is the high traffic noise level on the pool and deck area.

Make sure everything works and it safe

I recently rented this place for a significant family gathering to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday during Christmas. While the interior of the house was nice, I was extremely disappointed with several aspects of our stay, We had close family members fly in and stay near us so we could be together. Safety ConcernsThe property did not feel safe, the back door did not lock and was hard to even pull open and close. This was particularly concerning given that we had family members of all ages and safety should alway be a priority. The BBQ was so dirty that it looked like it was never cleaned. We put it on as the host asked us to do so and it went into flames. Black smoke and particles went all over, We had to evacuate my parents and my kids while we waited for the fire and fumes to settle so we could go out. Communication with the owner was not great while our stay either. Fun way to spend Christmas Eve? Pool IssuesOne of the main reasons we chose this rental was the pool, which we were excited to use . Unfortunately it was not clean, no heater and not functioning during our whole stay, This was a huge let down, especially since we paid extra for amenities that we couldn’t enjoy.Overall, I expected a much better experience given the amount I paid. It was a special occasion for our family, and the issues we encountered significantly affected our time together. I hope the owner addresses these concerns for the future guests

The perfect family Spring Break

This was the perfect house for our family. We had 3 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in. The kids swam in the pool every night. We appreciate the accommodations! I would absolutely come again!! I would just recommend getting some baking sheets, that would be my only feedback. We loved it so much!!

Very nice property but some problems

We’ve rented in Briarwood before and love the community and location. This home was very nice but unfortunately we had some issues. We rented in July with 90+ degrees temps and we had several really uncomfortable nights with house temperature in upper 80s. It took the property manager almost 5 hours to respond to my message and voicemail. The service guy came out the next day and said the system was overtaxed and there was nothing they could do. Seemed odd to me because we didn’t have this cooling problem in the other home. I called the property manager but she said that’s just the way it was. The house was clean but must have been vacant for a while because when we arrived we found a number of dead cockroaches around the house. I get this is a normal problem in Florida but it would have been nice had someone done a walkthrough before we came. The layout and bedrooms were great but unfortunately the east facing bedroom had an arched window with no window covering so sun woke us up pretty early. We loved the pool. I’d stay in Briarwood again but would probably look for another house.

Wonderful Experience for our Family

The accommodations were wonderful for our annual family get-together. The house was clean and spacious. The lanai and pool was terrific too. Gerda was communicative whenever an issue arose. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful respite from northern gray skies!

Everything you need for a great vacation is at this property.! Centrally located so its 15 minutes or less from all parts of Naples, downtown, restaurants, shopping, zoo, etc. Inside of home was immaculate. All amenities fully functional. We did clean the pool deck/lanai upon arrival, but the pool itself was warm and inviting. The back of the property is near a road which is busy until later in the evening, but we did not have a problem as we are urban dwellers. We are planning to return!!

Fabulous home.

Spacious home, well equipped, beautifully furnished with quality furniture and comfortable beds. Outside there is dining space for eight, large gas grill and well maintained pool. Lots of kitchen ware, plates, glasses etc., including plastic ones for use by the pool. This really is one of the best homes we have rented anywhere. Briarwood is a lovely secure gated community with well maintained homes and gardens. We felt very secure and safe whilst living there. Communal large pool, tennis court and pickle ball courts were a few minutes walk away. Two decent tennis rackets are available at the house. Would I recommend this home . . . Absolutely YES.

Perfect place to stay

This Briarwood home was spacious and spotless with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We had 4 people stay for 9 days, which gave both daughters their own bathroom The pool area was perfect with sun most of the day. The neighborhood is gated with a tennis court and two pickleball courts, along with a nice community pool if you so desire. Great location - The home is 10-12 min from downtown Naples and less than 15 to Vanderbilt beach and restaurants.
