Beautiful Condo with great views of lake & golf course, access to Private Beach

Recently renovated with beautiful views

This 2nd floor 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit with elevator access features a beautiful lanai with Golf Course and lake views. It has an open floor plan with a combination living/dining area. The bedroom suite has a beautiful view and sliding doors to the lanai, with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The bath has a sink, a tub also to be used as the shower. The living room has a pull out couch (Queen size, comfortable for 2 kids) and also a flat screen TV. All of the units surround the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo also has high speed internet and WiFi.
This condo is our family vacation spot, so we make sure it is well maintained and absolutely clean.

Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort with 5 private golf courses, a marina and private beach. The Private Beach is a short drive (4 miles), chairs, umbrellas, restrooms and showers. There is a free shuttle running hourly. It is within walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Bonita Bay offers many amenities, including a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico with a complimentary shuttle service (no parking allowed for renters at the private beach), three parks, basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts, a community pool, hot tub, BBQ area and clubhouse for picnicking. Free canoe/kayak rentals, fishing piers, picnic areas, playgrounds, butterfly gardens, a boardwalk to the back bays, as well as miles of walking and bike trails, make Bonita Bay a top vacation destination.

Great Place to Stay!

Peaceful relaxing condo

The condo is located in the Bonita Bay development which is wonderful- beautifully landscaped, lots of things to do. Close to many stores and restaurants. Particularly enjoyed the lanai with its west view of some trees and the golf course- some great sunsets. Owner very responsive.

Enjoyed our stay in Wild Pines! Great location for us with other family members living in Bonita Bay. We don’t need much and the condo met our expectations. It is only a one bedroom, so it is small for 3 adults - but we knew that going in and it didn’t bother us at all!!

Relaxing Piece of Paradise

The condo was perfect for our week long stay in Bonita Springs as we celebrated my mother's 90th birthday. The location made it extremely convenient for our visits to see her and it was equipped with everything we needed to prepare all of her favorite meals. The grounds were immaculate and bursting with color. The pool was quaint and quiet, and the beach with amazing sunsets finished each day with color. Our stay was perfect.

Wonderful weekend away

I was in town for a wedding, and this condo was perfect. Great location, and great unit. Clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities. The neighborhood is perfect for morning runs and the pool was a quiet sanctuary to relax by. Would love to stay here again if in the area. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful in any questions or requests.

Great location

Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and their own private beach access. The place was clean and the lanai was great for morning coffee for relaxing after a busy day. Also Markus was great at helping with a little problem with the gate house which, by the way, is very easy to access with the QR code. Thanks so much for the nice place to stay. We hope can come back again.

Overall a great place. Close to beaches, and other activities like an Air Boat tour Everglade City(1hr away) Marco Island (50min). Was a perfect little spot for my wife and I to enjoy. Super clean pool and the time we came (late May) we had the pool to ourselves. Just one thing to work on was to have enough paper products TP, and paper towels.

Great condo, beautiful location

Condo in Bonita Bay, one bedroom and one bath facing the golf course. Huge and well maintained development, pool nearby, quiet surroundings. Condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen. Off Tamiani Trail with shopping nearby. Can't beat the location for convenience. Definitely a 5 star property.

Bonita Bay Condo Wild Pines

Property was as advertised nice condo perfect for a couple lots to do near Bonita Bay only downside we had was we had to travel to Marco Island to use the beach but that was due to Hurricane Ian but if you were happy with the pool it was right outside also tennis courts there were tons of nice places to walk to in the Bonita Bay complex also ideal for cycling around we will definitely be back
