A large chef's kitchen with all Bosch appliances. Every space is designed for a group of 8-10 to gather. Bikes, towels, beach chairs, toys are all included!

No rental car needed. Set your bags down and enjoy everything this newly built home has to offer with its desirable location. Bikes are included so you can easily get to all the area amenities.

Guests have access to the entire house and you will check in with a keyless entry.

-Bikes are included.
-Pool heat to 80 degrees is included. If you would like the pool warmer, the service can be added for a daily rate.
-Golf cart shuttle available to the neighborhood beaches, shops, and restaurants with this house's location. There is not a golf cart included with the house rental.
-True South Vacations donates a portion of its proceeds to animal shelters.

We can't guarantee sun but Florida has the best chances of it!

The house is fully stocked with everything from a coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, wagon, etc. All you need is to pack your bags, sit back and relax...
