Newly remodeled modern style coastal cottage is open, bright and inviting. The cottage sits on an over-sized private property that is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage, coconut palms and other fruit trees. Enjoy a stroll around the quiet neighborhood or sit on the swing under the Bougainvillea you will enjoy this private retreat during your holiday. The interior of the cottage is professionally decorated in a coastal design with grey wood floors throughout, white ship lap walls, modern clean cabinets paired with traditionally coastal and nautical touches. All bedrooms boast a high end hotel clean environment with extra sheets and pillows with a TV and organized closet space in each bedroom. There is a spacious master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bath with walk in shower. There is a nicely sized guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and another guest bedroom with a queen bed served by a shared hall guest bath that is sized to share with walk in shower. Both bathrooms designed with subway and penny tile with frame-less glass shower doors and large generous sized porcelain sinks with plenty of white towels provided.
The kitchen has modern white cabinets and stainless steel appliances paired with walnut butcher block tops. The pull out drawers have a convenience light to see all of the well equipped kitchen utensils and amenities. The farm style dining table sits 6 comfortably within the kitchen space and has direct access out to the lanai and back yard for outdoor dining.
After a day at the beach, relax in the family room in an over-sized sectional sofa that the whole family can pile on for a great show on the 70" TV.
