Great Location - very accessible to 5th Avenue

We stayed in condo for 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo location was great with easy walking access to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. Bayfront also had convenient places for breakfast. It was all as we expected. My only suggestion would be to provide 2 green keys to be able to access the garage and amenities so both my wife and I could access them without having to be together.

Lovely Fully Equipped Condo.

We had a very pleasant stay at this nicely decorated Condo. Very clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great Location too !! Enjoyed the massive pool when we didn’t venture to the beach.

Central location of a luxury condominium

This very nice condo in the Bay Front complex has a great location with regard to 5th Ave and Old Naples and is on the Gordon River. There are several good restaurants in the complex. Downsides of the condo include the noise from trucks servicing the restaurants starting quite early in the morning, grounds keepers power equipment cleaning of the courtyard starting early in the morning, and the constant airplane landings and take offs from the Naples Airport. The Bayfront is right in the flight path of the airport. I guess you have to decide between being in a nice condo in a central location versus the noise that comes with it

A spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated condo. Ten minute walk from terrific dining and shopping. Twenty-five minute walk to the beach, through Olde Naples.

Very clean and in a great location ! Condo seemed a bit dark inside. Maybe some colorful updated furnishings would help! And, cable on bedroom TVs. But overall we enjoyed the 2 weeks .

Outstanding Stay

My wife and I just concluded an extended stay and we had a fabulous time. The condo is clean, spacious, stacked with essentials, and perfectly located close to Old Naples (walkable). The hosts were gracious and immediately responsive to our every need. We highly recommend staying here.

The condo is wonderful and location is great. My “ok” rating on the check in process is because the agent that met us on our arrival basically handed us the key did a very minimal walk through and rushed out. We also could have used a printed guide for the complex audio/TV system.

Beautiful condo located within walking distance of 3rd Avenue, 5th Avenue, and Tin City. The unit is well equipped if you want to cook in and perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing or golf.

The property is perfectly located next to a pier, plenty of restaurants. You are .4 Miles away from the night life and restaurants on 5th Avenue. Very clean and updated Condo. Secure location. Loved it.
