Excellent location close to the beach and restaurants in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood . The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable , even for me with a back issue! Gorgeous location to stay in Naples. Carla was so nice and accommodating. Every amenity a guest could hope for was provided. Absolutely Wonderful!

Our vacation rental was extremely clean, bright and is surrounded by tropical plants. So beautiful. Our accommodations couldn’t be better. The location is an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach in Naples. Our host, Carla, was wonderful and responds right away if we have any questions. Quick Snowbird trip

We had a great stay here. Host was fantastic and quick to answer questions. Home is extremely well equipped, everything you need with a great laundry area. We didn’t get to use the pool as the polar vortex settled in and we had horrible weather. The house is 5 min walk to 5th ave restaurants and 10 mins to the beach. Ideal. The bathroom is tiny and there is no storage for anything as it’s a pedestal sink but there’s a closet outside the door where we stored things. All in all great value for the money.

Winter escape

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. Carla and John were super nice and friendly. They checked on us periodically and were very helpful when we needed something. Their listing and pictures are accurate and the location couldn’t be better. They welcomed our dog and he loved chatting with their dog through the railing. lol. Carla even mailed to me a few things that were left behind. We very much want to book with them again.

Exactly as described

What a beautiful piece of property this guest house is located on. All was as described- convenient to shopping, dining, and the beach. The bed has a very comfortable mattress - a requirement for a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. This location is close enough for for a walk to dining and shopping, yet secluded enough to feel private and peaceful for walks around the neighborhood. Thank you Carla and John for opening your space for others to enjoy.

5 blocks to the beach, 15 min walk.

The owner was communicative online and introduced herself to us shortly after me and my mom arrived (owner lives upstairs). It was the perfect little spot for a short getaway- small bedroom, kitchen had a good amount of space, nice living room, didn’t use the smart tv as we had trouble logging into our accounts. It was about a 5 min walk to the beach-chairs and towels are located in the laundry room. I would book here again.
