The Space:

Oversized brand new four bedroom two and a half bath home. From the moment you walk in to this magnificent private home, you will appreciate the time spent on tastefully decorating each and every room. The entire home boasts impressive twelve-foot tray ceilings with unique artwork displayed throughout.



As you enter the home, the first room may be used as an office or guest bedroom. For business travelers, this room offers free Wi-Fi, a desk and printer. There is also a trundle bed that has two high quality twin mattresses. Just past the office/bedroom, you’ll find a half bath.



The second bedroom has a queen bed. A beautiful dresser allows you to unpack your suitcase and a closet gives you plenty of room for hanging clothes. The third bedroom is also appointed with a queen size bed, upgraded mattress and linens, dresser and closet. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with granite counters and walk in shower.



The impressive master suite features a king size quality mattress, luxury linens, dresser and huge walk in closet. The ensuite bath is compete with double sinks, granite counters, large walk in shower and linen closet. Glass patio doors open to the pool area.



The kitchen is well appointed with granite counters, under counter lighting and stainless appliances. The French door refrigerator provides lots of space for food and beverages. There is plenty of room for several cooks and a breakfast counter with three bar stools allows your guests to visit while you cook. Everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals is provided for your convenience. When you are ready to eat, a handsome dining table with eight chairs welcomes you to enjoy your meals with guests.



The kitchen opens to the family area which boasts an Italian leather sectional sofa and a 60” Smart TV with a complete line up of cable channels. There is no shortage of seating for you and your guests to relax, take in your favorite sporting event, or have movie night. A full wall of pocket sliding glass doors open up to the private lanai and pool area.



Outside, you'll soak up plenty of sunshine as you lounge around the pristine heated pool. An elevated spa is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage. Outdoor seating area and floating pool furniture invite you to spend the day outdoors. A gas grill is the perfect place to cook up a nice steak or grilled vegetables. Enjoy your meals around the dining table and chairs complete with an umbrella when you’ve met your quota of sunshine. You also have the convenience of an outdoor shower.



Bicycles, helmets, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are all provided. Ask us about the Golf Cart service to the beach! We currently host 11 properties in this area.
