Hard to find. Couldn’t figure out how to get car through a gate. Had to park in a dirt lot about 3 minute walk. Party with nonstop drum beat until 11pm.

Terrible sulfur smell evident both inside & out with this property. They promised a complimentary airport shuttle that did not exist resulting in a very expensive taxi ride and the location is awful & remote - not even in Naples as advertised - 30 minutes from airport. Absolutely no dining options other than one high-end seafood restaurant

Hotel perfetto per chi vuole godersi un soggiorno rilassante. La colazione è stata eccezionale e il personale era sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente. Unica pecca il servizio navetta assente verso la fermata metro come in realtà il sito indicava. Nei giorni festivi credo sia una mancanza non indifferente.

The hotel was so amazing, staff super friendly and accommodating. But SO far out of Naples. Not sure I meant to book that or if there was a mistake because taxis were SO expensive in and out. And there really wasn’t much around.

Perfect waterfront stay on our last night in Italy. The hotel is great if you’re looking for a view with peace and quiet but there’s nothing walkable nearby. Luigi and Francesco were amazing!! Also worth noting, the airport shuttle is only available 9-5; but the front desk kindly coordinated a 4am cab pickup and even had amazing breakfast bags waiting for us!

Wonderful stay at the hotel. The sea view room had a great deck that faced the bay of Naples along with a jetted tub that was perfect after exploring! Beautiful sunset views!very accommodating and friendly.

Very misleading on Orbitz part to advertise as free shuttle. It is only available between certain hours and very limited. Hotel was great, when you type in free airport shuttle you should not have to read everything and email the hotel to determine if there is actually a shuttle. I would have gone with a different hotel, cost was almost $100.00 to get to the airport

You just need to prepare that there aren’t many stores that you can walk to, but you are an a beautiful hill that is overlooking the ocean. It’s quiet, it’s gorgeous, and the staff are incredibly kind. That’s all… If you can stay here, I recommend you stay here. They will take care of you even with personal recommendations.

I only stayed here overnight as my flight landed too late to get a car rental! This hotel is very good. We organized a pickup from the airport, as it was a little pricey it was easier than getting in line and dealing with the hassle of finding a taxi. We got put into a room where the AC did not work so we called the front desk. Within minutes someone came to fix it. They determined they couldn’t fix it so put us in a fully upgraded suite that was amazing! All of this happened around 11:30pm and someone was always there to help and respond when needed. The room was clean, wifi and AC worked and the room was beautiful! The breakfast was honestly one of the best we had in our 2 months of being in Italy and there were so many options! We also took a free shuttle to the airport in the morning. We didn’t want to leave this hotel since it was so nice and everyone was friendly! I would say it’s not close to many things in Naples, so if you’re looking for a stay where you can walk to main attractions, this isn’t it unless you drive or cab! Great stay and would recommend. I

This is a beautfiful and reasonably priced hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms huge. Recently tenovated with everything in immaculate condition.

This hotel surprised me. It was good priced and in a great location. It is far from the main city, but we stayed to go to the airport because of the free airport shuttle. Which worked out perfectly because we had to leave at 9 the next morning and we scheduled it when we first arrived around 3. Staff greeted us happily when we first walked in and the location is gated which made me feel really safe in such a big city. Only complain was that the dinner wasn’t too good, but not what we came for. Would recommend.

HOTEL ROOM WAS BIG AND CLEAN, BUT IT WAS NOT WELCOMING, BESIDE THE BED AND TILES EVERYTHING IS PLASTIC, CHAIR, SIDE TABLE, TROLLEY IN WASHROOM, KIND OF ODD FOR A HOTEL THAT SIZE. THE PARKING IS NOT CONVENIENT AND THE STAIRS TO HOTEL IS NOT WELL THOUGHT. OVERALL IF YOU ARE ONLY SLEEPING FOR A NIGHT ITS OVERPRICED, AND THE HOTEL DESIGN INTERIORS AMBIENCE IS A FAILURE. WHOEVER DESIGNED IT AND WHOEVER APPROVED IT NEEDS TO RETHINK OF THEIR DECISIONS.
