Beautiful relaxing getaway
We had 13 people of all ages staying in the house for a full week with plenty of space and very comfortable accommodations. The pool was very warm and clean and the other amenities were spot on as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Long weekend with friends
Property was a great option for a group with kids, great pool and patio area as well as the screened in patio upstairs for large group meals. Any questions and concerns we had were addressed quickly from the property owners. 5 minutes to the beach and lots of food options nearby.

Nice Vacay get-away
Our family had a lovely spring break vacation at this location. Everything was easily accessible, and the time spent at the house was fun-filled, with lots of nice pool-time. The host was always quick to reply, and accommodating. The house was well equipped, from kitchen to the little extras. The quiet neighborhood was an added plus.

Bonita springs was great! The house and neighborhood were perfect for a family with kids. The house is on a dead end quiet road surrounded by lovely houses. You are a short ride to Naples where we did an awesome boat trip to keeywaydin island. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The home owners were very responsive.

Great place for family vacay
We stayed with 4 adults, one 3 year old and one infant. Prior to our visit I asked the host if turning the pool heater up was doable. They were quick to reply and we had such a nice warm pool to enjoy with the kiddos. Very short drive to Bonita beach, easy parking. Wouldn’t change anything about the accommodations!

Lovely place.
Lovely place, exactly as described and great location. Couldn’t have asked for more - lots of extras just available to share and use around the Villa, was well stocked with inflatables, which the kids loved, and lots of plastic tubs to help fill coolers for beach days. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with too. Highly recommended.

Spring break 2025
The home was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children 4 and under, lots of space. We loved the screened in porch off the living room. The pool was cold, so the little ones didn’t want to spend much time in it. Jennifer was very responsive to my texts and questions. We visited Melissa’s ice cream , it was excellent. More than expected
House is beautiful and super spacious. We were 10 of us and had an amazing time, we hardly ever went out since you have it all there. At least for kids , they enjoyed the pool and all of the game tables. This house was beyond the expected! Really really awesome! would definitely go back in the future!

Our stay in Bonita Springs
This property is wonderful in every way. We had a 9 Adults and 4 toddlers. We never felt cramped because the house is large and the pool area equipped with everything you need. Jennifer was great in responding to any questions we had. There also is a yummy ice cream store down the road and the beach is very close.

Exceptional
when we arrived, everyone was in awe of the whole situation. It was absolutely beautiful.
We knew right there and then that it would be a pleasant stay.
Jennifer, the host of the property, was very gracious.
We have found in our years of using VRBO that this is a very important part of the rental property.
If their was a sixth star, we would have given that rating. Hope to rent this property again.

Just amazing!
We loved staying at this property. We came from Atlanta GA, Miami FL & Venezuela and met at this beautiful place. Very spacious, clean & comfortable… my family (3 siblings our kids & my 83 year old mom) had more than 20 years without celebrating a New Year’s Eve together… it was very special. I am hoping we can make it an annual thing. Hanging out in the hot tub, walking to the beach, eating breakfast & having conversations at the big table at the deck were just those memories you and your kids want to have always in mind. Totally recommend it!

Great spring break stay
Everything in the home was just as described in the listing! The home was very clean and worked well for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The screened in porch was great meals together. The owner responded to messages instantly. We had a question about the pool when we arrived and the owner responded instantly and helped fix the issue, even going above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!
