Only min from Mercato dining & entertainment, Whole Foods,Trader Joes, also Delnor Wiggins Beach. Kitchen with all necessities. Safe and quiet area of Naples. Fenced area for your dog. Bedroom with king bed and twin bed. Pack&Play provided for your little one. Towels and essentials provided. WIFI, Roku Smart TV, comfy couch for TV watching. Bikes, lawn chairs, beach supplies, washer/dryer.

Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, playing golf or laying at the beach. Charming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom beach home. Bedroom is furnished with king size bed and twin size bed and ready for you with comfortable linen and pillows. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We offer WIFI and Roku Smart TV.

Perfect place for a mini romantic getaway, family trip or a vacation by yourself. 5 grocery store options within 2 miles. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Super Walmart, and 2 Publix. Very near the house ( less than 2 miles) are Mercato Shops providing plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, movies and much much more! The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet. It is a pet friendly neighborhood so you will see pet walkers on any given day. Bikes available for you to use. You are only a short ride to the beach!

Make sure you make time to watch the sunset at the beach and check out Food and Thought for healthy food and snacks! Old Naples is a must see as well. Dolphins are usually swimming at the beach 1-2 hours before sunset!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

First of all we the owner was dishonest with us about the fenced in back yard. That’s the only reason we selected this property because we had our dog with us. We arrived and noticed on one side there were only posts. When I messaged her about this, it took her over 8 hours to respond saying this must have happened right before we got there from a storm that just happened. This was a direct lie as we spoke to the neighbor and he told us he tore the fence down 7 months ago because it was leaning and he has been attempting to contact the owner to discuss and was ignored on more than one occasion. Then our private little outdoor sitting area was in the driveway of unit B facing four trash cans. There was a car parked there the entire time and the trash and smelled and were disgusting. There was one window with the glass broken, the linoleum floors were gapped and coming up and dirty in between the cracks. The couch was barely big enough for my husband and I to sit on it and in NO WAY could sleep a 3rd person. The TV glitched and was VERY slow to respond and there was no TV in the bedroom meaning there was no comfortable space to lay or relax with my husband to watch a movie. Unit B in the back was BEAUTIFUL but not advertised as one whole home. Unit A reminds me of a very run down place with many problems that got a 50 dollar DIY makeover. We checked out a day early because of all these issues. The nicest thing was the location and the wonderful neighbors.

This unit was clean and neat. The host was responsive. We gave 3 stars because the AC needed repair on arrival. The bathroom fan was not working. The kitchen was not fully equipped. No baking pans for example. No large pan to make breakfast for two. Broken toaster. No grille, no lighter. Host did deliver some of these items. With a little more care so that we didn’t have to ask for items, we would give 4 stars.

The house was clean, as listed and close to beaches. Communication was excellent. Some neighbors have their extra stuff piled nearby, but we kept the shades drawn and enjoyed our stay. We felt safe walking our dog at night. Lovely stay overall.

Nice little property in a great neighborhood with real friendly neighbors. Close to the beach. Easy for bicycling, although the bicycles that are provided leaves much to be desired.

Very nice and spacious stay for a 1bed/bath duplex. Very close to the beach, state park, and restaurants. Very quiete and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This unit is in a nice area close to the beach, shops, and grocery stores. It has a comfortable bed, a newer kitchen, and is as clean as possible. This is a duplex. Nothing in the description indicated this would be a shared property. Many of the items in the unit (furniture, dishes, towels, bedding, etc.) are Goodwill quality from 20 years ago. The Unit A “patio” is 2 tiny metal chairs and table on a 4 foot-wide-strip of cement that abuts the driveway of the rear unit. The view includes a broken fence and garbage cans. This is the only option for outdoor seating unless you sit in the asphalt parking area in the front. The fenced-in yard on the opposite side of the building where a dog would supposedly play is about 10 feet wide and runs along the length of building. It contains 2 water heaters, 2 air conditioning units, a shed, satellite disc, and numerous abandoned rodent traps. The couch, which is the only seating in the living room, is small, uncomfortable, faded, and dirty. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom, and the walls around them have been primed white but were never painted to match the rest of the room. The drawer on the bathroom vanity is broken. The bathroom fan does not work. The garbage disposal does not work. There is 2 inches of standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. There is no dresser. There is a large closet with hangers but no shelves or drawers. The unit was not what we expected. We rented a different place and left two days early.

We had such a great time at this rental! It was nicely cleaned on arrival with comfortable furniture and everything we needed during our stay.
