2024 NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO BY THE BEACH #1

This 2024 Renovated Unit is located across the street from Naples Beautiful Beach and one block from fabulous dining and shopping on 3rd Street South. The condo offers 2 beautifully beach theme decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed and the Guest Bedroom offers 2 twin or a King sized bed (upon request). There are large flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room. Premium Cable is offered in this unit with Wifi. The remodeled Kitchenette offers a brand new cooktop, microwave/convection oven and an apartment sized refridgerator. The Dining Area offers beach style dining with bench seating. The pool is located a few paces from the front door. Designated parking is close to this first floor unit, making this unit one of the most convenient in the building. There is a laundry facility on the premises, located on the second floor with an elevator for easy access.

Perfect location! Beautiful condo!

My husband and I and our 2 teens stayed 4 nights over Memorial Day and had a wonderful trip. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon, towels, beach toys, etc. The decor is adorable. The location can't be beat. Mary has great communication and answered any questions we had immediately. The beds are so comfortable that we asked her for info on the mattress because my husband now wants to buy the same one. Very clean. We will definitely be back!

Do not hesitate to book this - the location is excellent - short stroll to the beautiful beach - plus a quick walk to all the restaurants and shops on 3rd - loved it! We highly recommend - decor is beautiful and comfortable - and the large pool is right out the door! We would def. book again!

Great Property/Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for our beach get away. It just steps to the beach and to dining. The unit was well stocked and pristine. We would spend our mornings at the beach, relax in the on-property pool in the afternoon and then walk just a block over to great restaurants for dinner. Mary was a very gracious host. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location and great condo.

The condo was great and perfectly appointed. Mary provided all the details in a timely fashion with care and attention. The place still smells new! The location in the building is great for those that want to be near the pool as well. The condo had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to add some additional hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry. That’s it which is not even a big deal. We will be back again! Thanks for all the support, Mary! Our Spring Break was a success.

We got this place to celebrate our "youngest" 21st birthday near the beach. Mary, the host, was exceptional. Easy to communicate with and very attentive. And the location, OMG!!! This condo was wonderful very clean and walking distance to everything. Mary was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The bedrooms do not get a cool as the rest of the unit, but she provided fans so that made it comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Trip!

Mary is so deserving of all of the excellent reviews of this property! We had an absolutely wonderful time, and Mary was a fantastic host. She communicated check in procedures and explained everything and made it so easy. She was so helpful in allowing us to use the baby items that are available, and being able to utilize those items made traveling so much easier. The property is exactly as described and pictured (maybe better, actually!) - it was so clean, the location was incredible and our family had a wonderful stay. There was a small issue with a neighbor’s renovations while we were there, and Mary got in touch before we even realized the issue, and offered a solution immediately. She is truly a wonderful host and we hope to return in the future!
