We cannot praise Nathan and his team enough, everything was wonderful and they did everything they could to make our holiday perfect, paying special attention to our likes and dislikes. 'A friendly welcome although despite checking in online we still had to repeat the process at reception. The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome note which was a nice touch. The shower curtain bracket was broken in the en-suite which we reported to reception although the curtain could still be used. There was plenty of hot water however, the water...

'This was a first visit to this hotel and we have already rebooked. Our room was lovely with plenty of space, a very comfortable king-size bed, and a walk in shower. There is a very good and varied breakfast menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. That there is a car park is a bonus as parking can be difficult in Llandudno.'
